We service small businesses and nonprofit organizations (c(3) and c(4)).
Account Reconciliation: Our team of QuickBooks certified ProAdvisors will help you reconcile all of your accounts to ensure accuracy of your books. We will import your bank and credit cards statements plus we will take care of all your data entry.
Financial Statements: We will categorize all of your transactions so that you know how much you earn and spend as well as how much you owe and own. We will provide an income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cashflow every month so you have a strong understanding of how your business or organization is performing.
Pre-Tax Preparation: We prepare all of the information you and your CPA need to file taxes, including detailed financial statements and any items that need special tax treatment.
Our fee is $75 per hour. Custom monthly retainer packages available.
Campaign Finance
Expertise for local, state, and federal campaigns in filing compliant campaign finance reports* in a timely manner. We offer the following tiered packages, depending on the campaign and its raise/spend.
Tier 1 – Legislative, Per filing: $250/per filing (Election Season (7 filings) - $1,750)

Tier 2 – Legislative (<50k), Monthly: $175/per month (Full election year (Jan-Dec)- $2,100)*
